Angela Rosca- Managing Partner

Angela is Managing Partner and founder of Taxhouse and a member of Taxand Board. She has over 25 years of experience in local and international tax at Taxhouse and global consulting firms, as well as industry experience in finance and accounting with a global FMCG company.

Angela is a certified tax consultant authorized by the Chamber of Tax Consultants, speaker to numerous conferences and seminars on taxation matters, leader of the taxation task force of the Romanian Business Leaders and an active member of the taxation working groups of the Foreign Investors Council and AmCham in Romania. She represents the business environment in the constant dialog with Governments and the Parliament as leader of the taxation task force of Coalitia pentru Dezvoltarea Romaniei in 2016 and 2021.

Working with multinationals and large local or regional firms, as well as with Romanian entrepreneurs, she provides structuring and transactional direct and indirect tax advice on the full range of corporate tax activities and complex transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, assistance for high net worth individuals, etc., for clients in various industries such as investment funds, infrastructure, FMCG, banks and leasing companies, pharma and real estate, global banks active on the Romanian capital market, etc.

Angela holds an MA Degree in International Business and Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (1996) and an MBA Degree from the Institute for Business and Public Administration at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA (2001).
